A dual purpose downwind cruising sail which can either be flown like 'wings' on both sides as a running sail or can be set as two ply for reaching by attaching both clews together. This provides a light weight, free flying sail that can be furled independantly of the boats headsail. When set for running the windward ply is sheeted with the support of a whisker pole, while the leeward ply is sheeted to extend air flow over the whole sail.

Dual purpose down wind criusing, typically for long passage making or single handed cruising.
